A media & entertainment technology veteran, Bill manages product design and innovations at ENCO, including product planning, market analysis, iterative R&D and customer POC's, creates product marketing and documentation materials and provides thought leadership via presentations and published works. He created ENCO’s Live Stage Captioning rental category and oversees their Unreal Engine-based Virtual Production offering. Previously he held a sales engineering position at Lawo AG, and has managed venues and operations for six Olympics for Olympic Broadcasting Services. His prior freelance engineering experience spans many professional sports leagues and worldwide events, and he’s owned his own profitable laser show production company. Currently a Board Member of the Association of Public Radio Engineers (APRE), he’s immediate past chair of the SMPTE Pittsburgh Section, former SBE Pittsburgh secretary, and served on the Technical and Ethics Committee of the International Laser Display Association (ILDA).
