Brad Malone, PMP, has managed numerous large hardware, software development, and integration projects in his 35-year plus career for the government, commercial organizations, and not-for-profit entities. He develops and instructs training courses in basic and advanced project and process management skills, requirements, estimation, team development, and leadership, and has trained over 30,000 course participants worldwide. He consults with a 100’s of Systems and AV integration customers worldwide on project management culture and process implementation and leadership issues. He is a Principal Instructor for the Project Management Institute (PMI), Senior Instructor for AVIXA, on the Member Advisory Council for the National Systems Contractor Association (NSCA), and regularly speaks at conferences / meetings (PSNI Global Alliance, Global Presence Alliance (GPA), ISE, PSA Security, ProSource, EDGE, etc.). Mr. Malone holds a MA in International Business from the University of Dayton, a BS from the United States Air Force Academy, and the Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation from the Project Management Institute.
