Brad Malone, PMP, is a recognized authority on organizational excellence and project / process management with over 30 years of experience and knowledge from numerous industries. Brad has managed numerous large hardware, software development and integration projects for a variety of companies and clients. He has directed many project management process implementation and improvement efforts for 100’s of companies is the Systems Integration industry. He is an accomplished author and speaker, and architect and presenter of standard-setting management training programs for more than 25,000 participants globally, including AVIXA, the Project Management Institute, National Systems Contractor Association, PSA Security, CEDIA, ProSource, and numerous corporations and educational institutions. He consults with a wide variety of Clients on project, process, and quality management implementation matters. Brad holds a MA in International Business from the University of Dayton, and a BS from the United States Air Force Academy. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) designation from the American Society for Quality.
