Britt Yenser

Britt Yenser, CTS is the AV Manager at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She has experience overseeing the AV support of over 400 events over the course of the fiscal year, relying almost exclusively on a student staff. While Britt has worked as an AV professional for the past seven years, her initial career as a High School teacher has given her unique insights in training and managing students. She is passionate about the student experience, as well as her mission to provide exceptional AV services to the campus community and guests. 

Always seeking to contribute to AV in the Higher Education vertical, Britt also serves as the Communications Chair for the Higher Education Technology Manager's Alliance (HETMA), and she is a columnist and podcast host for Higher Ed AV (HEAV). She was named the AV Professional of the Year by HEAV in 2023, and was also a member of Commercial Integrator's 2023 Class of 40 Influencers Under 40.
