Nicholas “Cal” Whiteley is an IT Service and Support Technician at Yavapai College, where he supports faculty, staff, students, classrooms, and campus technology systems. His work includes troubleshooting technical issues, deploying and maintaining desktop systems, supporting classroom and AV technology, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly across campus.

With a background in cybersecurity, networking, and live event technology, Cal brings a calm, customer-focused approach to fast-paced support environments. He recently earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Cybersecurity and is currently pursuing his CCNA certification as he continues to grow his expertise in network infrastructure and enterprise IT support.
