I am a Colombian entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience leading projects across events, audiovisual technology, and sustainability. I founded De Las Abuelas, a corporate catering company with a sustainable focus serving events in Bogotá and Medellín, and for the past five years I have been part of the leadership team at Integración AV, a leading audiovisual integrator in Colombia and Latin America.

My approach combines strategy, business management, market development, and a deep commitment to education and social impact. I believe in the power of AV technology as a bridge between people and a driver of transformation.

I am a member of AVIXA's LSC, Sustainability Advisory Group, Women's Council, and the Latin America Content Advisory Group, spaces from which I advocate for a more inclusive, professional, and sustainable AV industry.
