As Director of Strategic Partnerships at XTG (Experience Technology Group) and AVI-SPL, Caroline leads and maintains XTG's partnership program, building relationships within the built environment (architectural) design, digital experience design, creative agency, fabrication, and experiential industries. As a professional facilitator with a background in brand strategy and marketing, she brings a unique perspective to the conversation around experience design and is intentional about creating space and opportunity for a diversity of voices to be heard. Caroline is a strong advocate for inclusive design through thoughtful, balanced approaches to data gathering/interpretation, and a deep understanding of user experience to influence high-impact, intentional design solutions for spaces that serve and function for all.
