Chance Turner is the Director of Recruiting at FORTÉ and is focused on rapidly scaling the recruiting department to match the company's growth. As a recruiting leader, Chance is dedicated to planning, developing, and directing processes to ensure his team has the most talented workforce in the industry.  He began his recruiting career in 2011 at MiSource, a staffing agency. He joined Whitlock in 2012 as a corporate recruiter and advanced to Director of Recruiting in 2014, where he developed scalable recruiting strategies and improved automation. The merger between Whitlock and AVI-SPL in 2020 marked a significant milestone, and Chance continued to refine his recruiting expertise at AVI-SPL before transitioning to FORTÉ (formerly AVI Systems) in May 2021.
