Charlene Stubblefield is the Executive Director of the Center for Instructional Innovation and Technology Services at Prairie View A&M University, providing academic leadership informed by extensive corporate technology experience. She has led initiatives advancing hybrid and smart classrooms and the integration of instructional technologies that enhance teaching and learning. With more than 15 years in corporate roles as an Applications Developer, Systems Analyst, and Micro Systems Programmer, she brings a strategic approach to academic technology management.
