Chi Hang Lo is an experienced AV/IT professional who highly values collaboration as a driver of innovation. He currently leads AV innovation at UCLA and previously held the AV/IT Solutions Architect position at USC. Chi Hang has extensive expertise in various technologies, including AV/IT systems, collaboration platforms, cloud services, digital signage, and data analytics. He actively collaborates with researchers and volunteers for non-profits, sharing his insights at industry conferences such as InfoComm, ETC, Educause, and DET/CHE.

Chi Hang holds an M.S. in Project Management, an M.S. in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Audiovisual Network Professional (ANP), Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Dante Level 3, and Crestron Master Architect.
