Christa Bender

Before joining the AV industry in 2003, Christa worked a few customer service jobs during and after college. She loves the ever-changing technology environment and continually challenges herself to become more knowledgeable by attending manufacturer and industry training. Christa got her CTS certification in 2010. Christa is a Client Growth Manager for Pivot Communications and a former member of the AVIXA Content Learning Committee. Christa previously hosted monthly CTS study group sessions on behalf of the AVIXA Women’s Council. Christa has received the following industry recognition: NSCA Education Foundation 2015 Women in AV (WAVE) Business & Leadership Conference Award, Commercial Integrator Top 40 Influencers Under 40 (2015), Systems Contractor News Power Players: Honoring Exemplary Women in the Industry (2015), Commercial Integrator 103 #AVTweeps You Must Follow on Twitter (2016), and the InfoComm International Harald Thiel Volunteer of the Year Award (2016). Just when you think Christa sleeps, she uses that time to get outside and ride her N+ bikes.
