Christopher Dechter, CTS-D, CTS-I, is the Manager of Instructional Technology at the University of Wyoming. In over twenty years of AV and IT, he has focused almost exclusively on the design and integration of technology in higher education at multiple institutions. He shares his AV stories with anyone willing to listen and, like the protagonist of terrible 1980s television, has spent his career traveling from town to town solving mysteries… of higher education technology.
