Chris Neal holds the position of Director of Business Operations within ASG’s Systems Integration Group. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the integration of complex projects on-site. His activities include managing Implementation Engineers, sub-contractors, and other essential personnel. Additionally, he collaborates closely with the VP of Systems Integration on strategy, process development, and pre-sales initiatives. Prior to joining ASG, Chris served as Global Vice President of the Solutions Development Group at Electrosonic, where his leadership resulted in a notable boost in productivity and effectiveness by implementing standardized global procedures.  Chris is renowned for his technical skills, focused leadership and innovative approach to problem-solving.
