CJ Bates is the Director for Global Learning and Organizational Development and serves as a Co-chair for Inclusion and Belonging within DEIB at Appspace. He joined Appspace with the charge to establish a learning culture in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders. What has always remained constant in his 15+ year professional experience is to develop team members to their greatest potential through learning while ensuring that they are included in a welcoming environment. Outside of work, CJ serves on the Board of Directors for Tampa Foster Kids Camp, a non-profit providing engagement experiences for children and teens in foster and adoptive care in the Tampa Bay area.
