Craig Underwood, CTS, is Director of AV Engineering at Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA. He holds a B.M. in Music Recording Technology from Lebanon Valley College, where he teaches in the Music Production program. With over 20 years of AV experience, Craig focuses on higher education learning spaces, audio quality, user experience, and scalable, sustainable support.
