Darren Doerschel has been a leader in broadcast and AV systems design for more than 35 years, supporting municipalities, school districts, and TV stations across California. As founder of Doerschel & Associates and principal consultant for Media Control Systems, he has overseen some of the region’s most complex integration projects, including board chambers, council rooms, and live production control systems. Darren’s deep expertise in workflow design, ADA compliance, and accessible media infrastructure gives him a practical perspective on the evolving standards shaping government and public-sector communications. He is passionate about helping teams create reliable, inclusive systems that expand audience reach and improve operational efficiency.
