Dave Bryant, MM Vice President @ One Workplace For two decades Dave has been a workplace thought leader who believes making work more human by creating spaces that inspire people and transform organizations is the best job in the world. Through careful listening, his consultative approach and attention to workplace performance by focusing on the employee experience has allowed him to be a strategic partner to some of the world’s largest organizations on the bleeding edge of global workplace innovation. In 2023 Dave, along with 2 other global workplace leaders will be launching Workplace Forum, a cohort of global workplace leaders focused on the collective potential of work and place and their positive influence within society. In 2019, Dave was the founder of the ONEder Grant Program which provides research grants to the architectural and design community as a forum for exploration and research of the critical business drivers that impact the built environment. Dave is also the brainchild and co-founder of Heirloom Design which launched on Earth Day 2021. Heirloom Design is a company that powers the circular economy through a block-chain technology that partners with furniture makers and manufacturers to redefining sustainability for the built environment. Dave has a Masters of Management in Organizational Effectiveness from Aquinas College and is currently Vice President on the executive leadership team at One Workplace since 2018. Passionate about the environment and nature, Dave can often be found organic gardening, supporting environmental causes, hiking, mountain biking, or wine tasting with his family.
