Dave Mendez
David Mendez joined Shure in 2005 as a Market Development Specialist, where he began conducting product and technical trainings across the United States. He has presented workshops at conferences such as the Worship Facilities Expo (WFX), Audio Engineering Society (AES), and the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT), establishing himself as an industry expert.
In 2013, David moved to Shure's Applications Engineering team, where he has been pivotal in providing product support and training to AV integrators, consultants, and end-users. His skillset encompasses wired, wireless, and network audio products, with a focus on the conferencing and collaboration space.
David holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.Mus. in Classical Guitar Performance from Northwestern University. David continues to teach and perform music nationwide.
