David "D1" Wallace is the Technical Director for Drawn to Life.  David has been with Cirque du Soleil for 27 years and has extensive experience in theatrical show production, circus arts, and AV Exhibit Design. David's career with Cirque du Soleil started in audio, and grew into Technical Direction. As well as theatrical work David also designed audio for many museum exhibits with Bob Weis, including Battle Stations 21 for the U.S. Navy, You X for MSI, CSI The Experience, "Action", An Adventure in Movie Making and many other interesting and creative projects. 

David's love of theatre and creative arts was formed early in his life attending the Moscow puppet theatre and the Moscow Circus, while his parents were stationed in the Soviet Union. Once he returned to North America he continued to find theatrical endevours to help his ultimate career goals.
