Dirk Propfe is an innovation catalyst, coach, and the CEO of ET Group, a technology integration company focused on bringing hybrid work experiences to life. Dirk’s work concentrates around creating more life-giving organizations where people can bring their diverse talents to create a more beautiful world together. In 2021, he won the Tony Hsieh Award honoring progressive, value-driven leaders, who embody Hsieh’s spirit. Dirk is a practitioner of appreciative inquiry, design thinking, and distributed leadership practices. He studied business administration and holds a degree in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability as well as a master’s degree in Environment and Business. He is constantly learning and exploring new ways of working and applies those skills to continuously evolve ET Group and the organizations he partners with.
