Don Teer
Don Teer serves as the director of production for the Dr Phillips Center where he oversees the production teams, resources and activities associated with the execution of all performances at the center with a strong focus on the Walt Disney Theater. He opened the center in 2014 with phase 1of construction and the opening Walt Disney Theater and Alexis and Jim Pugh Theater as well as phase 2 with the opening and grand premier of Steinmetz Hall in 2022, and continues to provide quality leadership and guidance to the center. Don has been a member of IATSE 631 since 1993 and has extensive in-depth knowledge and experience in show automation, rigging, carpentry and counterweight systems. Through his 17 years of touring on several 1st National Broadway tours including 15 seasons with Radio City Christmas Spectacular Starring the Rockettes and work on Broadway, he has worked in theaters in all major markets of the United States.
