Doug is a veteran of the AV industry, having worked at Crestron for the past 30 years in various roles including applications engineering, software development, and product management. Currently Doug and his team of product managers are responsible for delivering Crestron's core software platforms which include cloud-based management and monitoring, run-time control, and tooling to enable integrators to deliver bespoke solutions.

Doug holds both a BSEE and MSEE from Bucknell University.
