Drew Lobley is a technology and AV leader with over 30 years of experience across design, operations, and live production. He focuses on helping organizations get real value from technology by aligning teams, improving execution, and delivering systems that are practical, scalable, and easy to support.

In 2026, Drew was appointed Chair of the AVIXA System Integrators Council, where he works with industry leaders to advance key initiatives that improve how integrators deliver projects and support clients. His focus is on turning real-world experience into practical guidance the industry can use.

Drew currently serves as Director at Bosch Building Technologies, bringing a practical, field-tested perspectives.
