I have been involved in every aspect of the interactive, self-service kiosk, digital signage, digital wayfinding, smart vending, menu boards, point-of-sale (POS), analytics, retail IoT and now Voice AI experience design industry for well over 30 years. I have founded or co-founded multiple self-service companies that focused on conceptual design, cognitive and mechanical design, engineering, manufacturing, integration, quality control, software, application and UI/UX development, accessibility design, regulatory compliance, turnkey managed digital services (MDS) for edge/cloud and complete turnkey kiosk and digital signage solutions. For the past four years I have been a full-time consultant for URway Holdings and an associate consultant for the Armstrong Alliance Group (AAG), a team of industry experts coming together to solve business challenges for enterprise clients.
