Fleurette Vincent is an experienced industry professional focused on operations and key account management in creative and tech-driven environments. As Director of Operations at 5TEN, she collaborates with leadership on strategic priorities, marketing, recruitment, employee development, and compliance, while fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment. 5TEN specializes in developing and engineering custom and bespoke LED display solutions.

Before her current role, Fleurette was part of the original disguise USA team and later served as Director of Operations at Original Syndicate, a design and systems integration company.
