Harry Ladd is the Senior Director of Retail Experience & Store Support at La-Z-Boy Inc., a role he has held since January 2024. With over 25 years of retail leadership experience, Harry has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Harry joined La-Z-Boy in 2016 as a Market Sales Manager, bringing with him extensive experience in retail operations. Over the years, he has held several progressive roles within the company, including Regional Sales Manager for the IFG division and Director of Stores for the Furniture Gallery network. His strategic agility, strong enterprise relationships, and exceptional project management skills have been instrumental in his career advancement.

In his current role, Harry leads the Retail Experience team, supporting a network of over 360 company-owned and privately held retail locations. His team is responsible for creating and supporting strategic direction, store operations, communications, training, and technical support.

Harry's dedication to the furniture industry and his commitment to enhancing the retail experience have made him a valuable asset to La-Z-Boy. His leadership continues to drive the company's success and innovation in the retail sector.
