Heather L. Sidorowicz is the Owner and President of Southtown Audio Video, an audio-visual design, and integration firm based in Hamburg, NY. Heather's roots are on the front lines, working directly with corporate, higher education, healthcare, and residential clients to find solutions to their AV needs, making their lives just a bit simpler utilizing technology. Heather has a column in Residential Technology Today where she uses and then writes about products that improve life with tech. She has also contributed to Residential Systems and other online sites where she muses about the custom installation industry with a passionate and singular style. She has written for CEDIA EMEA's prestigious magazine. She mentors other business leaders locally through the University of Buffalo's CEL program. Heather was on the CEDIA board a few years back, the first female in 20 years. In 2015 she was bestowed as a 40 under 40 influencer, in 2017 a Legacy Award winner, and in 2021 she was honored localy with a Women of Influence award. Heather's magic power is people. For this presentation, she will help others understand human nature and how it ties to DISC assessments.
