Hieu Le is a Las Vegas–based esports advocate, community leader, and nonprofit founder. He is the Founder and President of the Nevada Esports Education League (NEEL), the state’s largest esports-focused nonprofit, where he develops programs that connect gaming to education, leadership, and career pathways. Hieu’s work centers on expanding access and opportunities for youth, particularly in underserved communities. Beyond esports, he is also the founder of the Vietnamese American Community of Las Vegas and an active voice in civic engagement and youth advocacy.
