Jason has over 30 years of experience in the technical entertainment industry, specializing in show control, audio, lighting, and software development. He studied Theatre Design at the University of South Florida, and in 2002 co-founded ShowSys, providing show control and advanced technical systems to theme parks, museums, cruise ships, casinos, and more. In 2008 ShowSys became part of FUNA International, and as Engineering Manager, Jason oversaw many projects, both domestically and internationally. Jason joined Smart Monkeys in June of 2016 as Senior Manager of Special Projects and participated in the design, management, and deployment of large-scale projects, including Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi park-wide show control and Orlando International Airport (MCO) Terminal C immersive multimedia experiences. He has since moved into the role of Director of Operations where his experience and contributions play a key role in the growth and development of the Smart Monkeys team, as well as overseeing the execution and deployment of most projects.
