Jeff Smith, Head of Product: Workpace leads the product teams for the core Meetings product and hybrid work solutions for Zoom.

With over 15 years of experience in the communications and collaboration industry, Jeff's background includes hardware, software and services. He leverages this diverse experience to approach problem solving from a holistic, solution-centric perspective.

Before joining Zoom, Jeff led the product team at Dolby Laboratories' communications business group and held product management positions at Cisco Webex. Jeff holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering, a master's degree in Engineering Management and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
