Jennifer Adams serves as Sr. Director, Hybrid Systems Messaging & NPI for Poly (now part of the HP family of brands). In this role, she leads new product introduction, solutions messaging, and product lifecycle marketing. In addition to her role focused on Poly Solutions, she is a passionate advocate for employee experience. She has been leading research on the impact of collaboration technologies on workstyles since 2013, with the most recent hybrid work research completed in 2022. Jennifer holds an MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University as well as a bachelor’s degree from the Annenberg School of Journalism at the University of Southern California. She is a California native and currently lives in Santa Cruz.
