Jessica Martinez serves as the EVP of People & Organizational Effectiveness at Industrious, where she shapes the overall people strategy to align with business goals. She oversees talent acquisition and development, employee experience, culture, and organizational change, including AI enablement. She also founded Tomorrow's Office, where she writes and speaks on the future of work, leadership, and building workplaces where people can do their best work and live their best lives. Jessica previously held executive roles at Disney and Blizzard Entertainment in Security, Tech, Operations, and People. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, three kids, and three rescue dogs.
