Jimmie Singleton, AVI-SPL's Manager of SLED has been in the AV industry for 10+ years and served 4 of those years in higher education. He served as the Manager of Learning Environments at the University of Southern California, where he oversaw all classroom technology support services. In his time in higher education, he worked to improve customer experience by helping non-technical audiences understand highly technical needs. At AVI-SPL, Jimmie works with sales teams and their customers to design and implement solutions that best fit their institutional goals all across North America. He is a Certified Technology Specialist as well as holds a wide variety of AV & IT industry certifications.
