Joel Harris, President of Solutions360, is an experienced executive across multiple industries, with extensive experience leading, building, and growing low voltage companies from audio visual to  security to structured cabling to specialty healthcare (patient education, nurse call).   Joel has served in COO and CEO roles for the past twenty years in these types of companies and in this role has led multiple successful acquisitions ranging from small bolt on companies to large strategic ventures.  Joel has also led new product development in multiple industries from both software development as well as hardware solutions.  Prior to working as a business executive, Joel worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young conducting business transformation and post merger integration services for Fortune 500 companies.  Joel has a degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.  He has also continued his lifelong thirst for learning in attending MIT New Product Development programs.
