Joel Harris

Joel Harris is an experienced executive across multiple industries, with extensive experience leading, building, and growing audio visual companies. Over the past 20 years, Joel led company growth by ten-fold through equal parts of organizational improvement, strategic transformation, and multiple acquisitions as COO and CEO. Prior to working as a business executive, Joel worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young conducting business transformation and post merger integration services for Fortune 500 companies. Joel holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and completed Executive Education in New Product Development at MIT Sloan School of Management. Joel currently serves as the President of Solutions360 and leads Navigate Management Consultant’s Financial Planning, Management Planning and Strategic Advisory services.
