Jonathan Sullivan
Jonathan Sullivan serves as the Technical Support Supervisor at St. Petersburg College, where he leads a team of technology support specialists responsible for supporting desktop IT and audiovisual technology across more than 550 classrooms and 150 conference rooms spanning 12 campuses, sites, and centers. In this role, he oversees the delivery of reliable, high-quality technology support services that enhance teaching, learning, and collaboration throughout the college.
In addition to his leadership role, Jonathan is an adjunct instructor for the College of Computer and Information Technology at St. Petersburg College, where he shares his industry knowledge and practical experience with students pursuing careers in technology.
Prior to joining higher education, Jonathan worked for a regional audiovisual integration firm specializing in solutions for the House of Worship, education, and government sectors. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in AV systems, technology deployment, and client-focused support services.
Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from St. Petersburg College. His professional interests include desktop support automation, standards development, and technology support optimization, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional user experiences.
