Julian Phillips is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of XTG, AVI-SPL's global business unit delivering experience technology solutions that immerse and engage consumers and transform the employee experience at work. XTG offers deep technology expertise and global implementation capability in partnership with many of the world's leading architects, corporate real estate providers, experience design firms, fabricators, content producers, and manufacturers to help fuse space, content, and technology to create and curate genuinely integrated experiences. Julian is a frequent commentator, writer, and speaker on technology's role in business transformation and is the former Chairman of AVIXA ( Audio Visual & Integrated Experience Association) and was inducted into the AV Hall of Fame in 2019.
