Karen Castano is the Director of Sales for the Exertis Almo National Business Team. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy and has more than 15 year of leadership and people management experience in multiple industries, including oil & gas, wellness, software as a service, and now, over seven years in Pro AV. Castano is a member of the 2023 class of SCN's The Nine, is a certified peer coach at Exertis Almo, Chairperson of the Exertis Almo Parents & Caregivres Affinity Group and a member of the AVIXA Women's Council and the AVIXA Diversity Council. She is also the parent of triplet toddlers! Castano spoke on multiple DEI panels during the 2023 E4 Experience circuit and has facilitated numerous training and education workshops throughout her professional career.
