Karen Ethier is the Director of Support Services for Information Technology and Search Advocacy Coordinator at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. Her areas of oversight include classroom and event support, helpdesk, and desktop support. Reporting to the CIO, Karen works collaboratively on departmental and University committees, manages technology installations and other projects, and is heavily involved in strategic planning efforts. She has an BA from the University of Rhode Island and an MA from Roger Williams University. Karen serves as Institutional Director on the Board of Educational Technology Collaborative (ETC) and will begin serving as President-Elect of that organization this coming summer.
