Kaycee Pearson is an ITS Service and Support Technician at Yavapai College, where she supports students, faculty, and staff with a focus on consistent, reliable, and approachable service. She brings four years of experience in higher education technical support, twelve years of customer service experience, and ITIL 4 certification to her role. Her background helps her provide thoughtful, user-centered support for the Yavapai College community.
