Kaylie Shaffer, Senior Manager of Public Relations, leads the team responsible for case study development, press and analyst relations, as well as the Crestron awards program. She developed the first formal analyst relations program at Crestron and frequently works with professionals across the industry, including customers, dealers, media, and more. Kaylie has been with Crestron and the AV industry for 5 years, and in 2022, she was named to both the Commercial Integrator and Dealerscope 40 under 40 lists of top young talent. Kaylie attended Loyola University Maryland and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
