Kim Lonas is a committed diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and talent acquisition leader with a career shaped by personal and professional experiences. Kim’s career with DCC Technology began 9 years ago part-time at Stampede, their first U.S. acquisition, eventually leading HR for Exertis North America, U.K., Singapore & Australia. Later, she was asked to lead their inaugural D.E.I. initiative for DCC Technology / Exertis Group globally, a role she embraced as an opportunity to understand DEI across cultures.

With DCC Technology’s recent focus on North America, Kim was asked to lead talent acquisition in the region, bringing her expertise in talent strategy and her commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Kim is a long-standing member of the AVIXA Diversity Council and Women's Council. She holds certificates in diversity and inclusion from Stanford and Cornell universities and a SHRM-CP designation. A seasoned DEI speaker, she has presented at events like Integrated Systems Europe & E4, inspiring audiences on the value of DEI in the workplace.
