With over 13 years of experience as the Director of IT at a global MLM company, Kirk joined Luxul back in 2015 as the Director of Customer Care. Tasked with building a larger Technical Support team to support the growth of Luxul networking customers, he built a team that rocked support and eventually took on responsibility for On-Q, NuVo, Vantage, and Q-Motion. He then moved into the Luxul Engineering team and developed a strong support structure for the Vaddio brand as well.  Recently, Kirk has been asked to be the Networking Product Manager for Legrand AV.  He will be helping identify and execute new products for Luxul and Legrand AV to bring to market.  Kirk has experience supervising the administration of the global network in 14 countries, reducing global IT communications costs by $100,000/month, and developing and managing a 2 million dollar corporate IT budget. He also supervised successful data center migrations and implemented a Y2K strategy – which means Kirk has been in both the IT and AV realm for a long time and knows what integrators need to do to work within the confines of enterprise IT systems. With experience in IT planning, design, and wiring, Kirk can see the big picture to improve customer, distributor, and global systems. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and coaching various sports and spending time with family, geocaching, fishing, camping, hiking, and reading.
