With this philosophy, tied to her tireless passion, she has become an author, teacher, industry sage, cheerleader and innovation catalyst. Her book “Lighting up the Aisle: Practices and Principles for In-store Digital Media”, was the first how-to resource for how retail brands can harness technology to reinvent their in-store experience. She serves on the Executive Board of the Digital Signage Federation, the Retail Design Institute’s SE Chapter and is an active contributor to RetailWire, RetailTouchpoints, and many other mainstream news outlets. She is also the Co-chair and founding member of ACE, the Advocates of Connected Experiences, to facilitate cross-association conversations meant to solve the challenges that affect the entire ‘connected ecosystem.”
