Her career spans over 25 years starting on the event organizer side of the industry, to corporate strategy and now over 15 years with Shepard covering every corner of the event ecosystem giving her a unique ability to bridge strategy, operations, and customer experience in today’s evolving event landscape. Lauren’s expertise includes long‑term business development and strategy, venue operations, strategic account leadership, and experiential event planning and design. She is known for guiding organizations through complex planning environments with clarity and confidence—from large‑scale trade show footprints to intimate, high‑impact brand activations.
