With 20 years in the training field (half of that in the tech sector), she specializes in instructional and eLearning design, bringing complex concepts to life for both hardware and software training. At Lightware, she leads training efforts for the Americas, combining technical expertise with a thoughtful approach to adult learning in a highly technical environment. Dedicated to fostering growth and enhancing productivity, Lesley values collaboration and continuous improvement. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother and animal lover balancing professional achievements with family life.
