Lesley Koch is the founder of Geekee Learning, an instructional design consultancy specializing in technical training for the AV industry. She has 20+ years translating complex technology into clear, engaging learning experiences. Prior to opening Geekee Learning, she served as Director of Training for the Americas at Lightware Visual Engineering & it was at Lightware that she created the award-winning USB Masterclass (2025 rAVe People's Choice Award). While tech & software training are Lesley's specialities, her training career spans credit unions, casino gaming, real estate tech, pro AV & more. She has presented at InfoComm (and other conferences) & trained tens of thousands worldwide. Lesley believes training should remove friction, not add to it!
