As an electronics engineer with 17 years of experience, including over a decade in AV project management, I have a proven track record of excellence. I hold certifications from AVIXA (CTS) and CEDIA (ECS-D and COI), showcasing my extensive expertise in audio, music, and electronics. My skills include programming various automation systems and optimizing DSPs to deliver exceptional audio experiences.

Beyond my technical abilities, I excel in management, research, and development. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, allowing me to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. My 4-year tenure in customer service has significantly enhanced satisfaction levels, reflecting my commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.

Teaching is my passion, which I have pursued for over 12 years. I have lectured at universities, been a certified trainer by CEDIA (COI), and led Control4 Automation Programmer training in Latin America for over 2 years, honing my ability to impart knowledge effectively.

Currently, as a Regional Sales Engineer for Bose Professional, I support the sales department with project design, training, and technical support.
