Marcus Bengtsson is Chief Technology Officer at Original Syndicate, a Los Angeles-based communications infrastructure company. With 15 years across engineering, product management, and business development in entertainment technology, Marcus relocated from Sweden to the US in 2017 and quickly positioned himself at the forefront of virtual production. He holds a degree in Software Engineering and Management, is a published author, award-winning engineer, and holds multiple patents. Marcus is actively involved in industry standardization efforts and best practices development. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, scuba diving, and good food and wine.
