I’m often called into high‑stakes meetings, executive workshops, and flagship client events to shape the conversation, read the room, and adapt in real time.

Whether it’s facilitating our Customer Advisory Board, leading trainings for account teams, or representing XTG on stage, my focus is always the same: connect vision to action in a way that moves the ball forward every single day. I believe the best results come when strategy, storytelling, and human connection work together and I build environments where all three thrive.
