Matt Messick is the Chief Information Officer for the Dallas Cowboys. In his role, Matt leads the team responsible for the technical operations of AT&T Stadium, Dallas Cowboys Headquarters at The Star, and all Jones Family-related entities.

Joining the Dallas Cowboys in 2008, Matt has held a series of roles. Initially, his focus was overseeing the infrastructure team and playing an important role in building The Star in Frisco. Currently, Matt oversees a team of IT professionals dedicated to maintaining the Cowboys’ reputation as the leading franchise in professional sports.

Under Matt’s leadership, the Dallas Cowboys have implemented cutting-edge technologies that enhance the fan experience, including advanced Wi-Fi systems, state-of-the-art digital signage, and innovative mobile applications. He has also spearheaded initiatives to improve cybersecurity measures and data analytics capabilities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the sports industry.

Matt is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He and his wife, Theresa, live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with their son Ethan, daughter Kamryn, and daughter Ryan.
