Max Kopsho – Vice President of Sales for Networked Video at Audinate. Max is currently leading the strategic sales and business development efforts for Dante AV® (Dante Video-Over-IP from Audinate). Max past service with AVIXA has been in the roles of consultant’s committee chairperson and the chairperson for curriculum development committee. He also served as the primary instructor and content developer for the first of AVIXA’s AV/IT 3-Day Workshop going back to before 2000. Max has designed, developed, and delivered countless AV-over- IP solutions including a 12,000 node Networked AV solution with comprehensive security and bandwidth requirements. Max has over 30 years of in-depth experience with A/V system design and install, networking, telecom, videoconferencing, collaborative systems, and business management/operational excellence/process improvement. Max has several AV and IT certifications, and he is constantly renewing them. Max has authored two books geared towards sales and training in the AV/IT market space: The Art and Science of Da Vinci Sales – The 7 keys to Selling Like Leonardo The Art and Science of Tesla Teaching – The 7 Keys to Training Like Nikola Max has been a senior academy faculty member for AVIXA University for over 14 years and was awarded the Educator of the Year award in 2010. He has served as an executive for key companies in the AV/IT space and has developed and executed comprehensive global sales and training programs for top companies in AV/IT. His experience in UC&C includes videoconferencing and collaborative environment design for global enterprises, product development, education and development, and implementation provide a unique insight into where the AV/IT market is and where it is heading.
