Maxwell Kopsho is the Director of Business Development and Strategy at QC TV and a technology leader with more than 30 years of experience in audiovisual systems, information technology, network infrastructure, security, and systems integration. A U.S. Army veteran, Maxwell has led complex technology projects across corporate, healthcare, education, government, and commercial environments.

Maxwell has been an instructor for AVIXA for more than 18 years and was recognized as AVIXA's Educator of the Year for his contributions to professional development within the AV industry. He previously served as Chairperson of the AVIXA Curriculum Development Committee and led the development of AVIXA's first three-day Networking for AV Professionals program, helping advance industry knowledge in the convergence of AV and IT.

He holds RCDD, CTS-D, CTS-I, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications and is passionate about technology, leadership, workforce development, and education.
